These sessions are designed using a Kodaly-inspired course designed by our team. The focus is on self-accompanied singing, developing co-operation within the ensemble and performing sympathetically together, predominantly using chordal & strumming work.
What are the group singing sessions?
These sessions are designed using a Kodaly-inspired course designed by our team. The course explores singing technique in a wide range of genres, breathing development and opportunities to perform solo & as a group over the course of the year. The group singing lessons compliment the daily classroom singing at school & the choir, but is more focused on technique development & different forms of repertoire.
How long are the sessions?
These are small group sessions are 30 minutes long, with up to 5 children per session.
How much are the sessions?
The sessions are £5.50 per 30 minute weekly session.
When are the sessions?
The sessions are scheduled over the course of the week during class time – following-sign up, we will be in touch to confirm which day you should bring your child’s instrument into school. To sign up, click here.
